Seagate has officially announced that its 2.5-inch GoFlex Slim external HDD can now be ordered. With its 9mm thickness, drive is slimmer than many smartphones. It features USB 3.0 support, a 7200RPM drive, and a three-year warrant.The GoFlex Sim is small enough to fit in a pocket and can transfer files up to 40MB/sec while using USB 3.0. It hit retail points in the United States today at just US$99.
