Panasonic Lumix DMC G3 Camera

There are people who like to take photos but do not always wish to deal with the camera equipment that they have to deal with. These are the people who like the quality and the control offered by DSLR cameras but would rather have the convenience of a compact point and shoot digital camera. It is for this market segment that Panasonic has recently introduced its new Lumix DMC G3 Series of compact digital cameras.
The Panasonic Lumix DMC G3 Series is currently the smallest and the lightest digital cameras with interchangeable lens and viewfinder that the company ever made. It is obviously smaller than the standard DSLR but one that gives users better mobility as well as creative control. The Panasonic G3 features a 16.0MP sensor and is capable of taking Full HD video. It also has a 3 inch LCD touchscreen display. It also offers a wide range of other features such as Creative Control mode pre-sets, and other settings typical of a compact system digital camera. The Panasonic Lumix G3 is expected to be made available by June of this year. It is expected to cost around US$700, with the 14-42mm Zoom Lens Kit included.
