Samsung Announces Glaxies Series



Samsung has announced four new mid-range Android powered phones, Galaxy Ace (which also appeared yesterday), Galaxy Gio, Galaxy Mini and Galaxy Fit. All of these phones will be first launched in Russia followed by other European countries and Asian counties. No words on the availability of phones in US. These new members of Samsung Galaxy family will be showcased at MWC from February 14th to 17th in Barcelona.
1. Samsung Galaxy Ace is powered by 800MHz processor and 512MB of RAM, and features Android 2.2 (Froyo) with, 5 megapixel camera, 320×240 display resolution, 1350 mAh battery, microSD card slot with up to 32GB support, ThinkFree the office editing tool and more.
2. At the moment only screen size of the Samsung Galaxy Gio is known which is 3.2-inch HVGA.
3. Samsung Galaxy Mini packs 600MHz processor, features 3.14-inch QVGA display, Quick Office doc viewer and more.
4. Samsung Galaxy Fit is also powered by 600MHz, features 3.31-inch QVGA display, 5 megapixel camera and more.
